The summer solstice is a good time to recharge and set off again. The energies of the solstice support and consolidate the practices performed on that day. In solstice-guided meditation, we turn energies to our advantage and sow the seeds for new beginnings. We will let go of the fears and limitations that have plagued us recently and get rid of the sadness that has come with it.
We are creative and create a healthy, joyful everyday life.

Before meditation, we do some simple stress-relieving exercises to prepare the body for relaxation and deep meditation.
Put on comfortable clothing and, if desired, bring a pillow and a light towel/blanket to cover yourself.
We advise you to take your water with you.
