CHANGES IN THE TRAINING SCHEDULE

  The following changes to the timetable will take place in September:
T 17.30 BodyPump again an hour

T 18.30 CXWorks (was at 18:00)

K Pilates ja Shindo an hour earlier, accordingly 17:30 ja 18:30

R 18:30 BodyPump is back (takes place over a week - follow the training plan)

P 18:00 BodyPump is back
