Fitbox is Intensive training consists of leg, fist, elbow and knee punches and kicks. In addition to developing endurance, the training also places great emphasis on training the body muscles. Boxing requires strong body muscle work, as the force of the blow must come from the whole body, not just from moving your arms or legs. Balance and coordination improve, calories disappear, and by the end of the trainig, all the stress is gone. There are no complicated combinations. Suitable for both men and women. Stretching at the end of your workout.

The workout will take place in the big hall on Wednesdays from 10:30 to 11:25, trainer Kaja Tuisk.
The first training will take place on September 2 at 10.30.
