We are introducing a possible inspiration – TRX training for the whole body - on Wednedays at 17.30. Trainer Evelin Märtson-Nava.
It is suitable not only for sportsmen or trainers, but for anybody who wants to keep physical fitness also during the hot summer months.

TRX circuit training takes place in big training room. There are several stations in the room with period on each station by 1 minute.  Aerobic exercise alternates with strength training.
Total number of circles is 3. There is a small drink stop and a break at the end of each round. The workout ends with stretching.
The workout is intense and burns a lot of calories. Suitable for people who want to see faster results and get better shape.
