Gym coach Evelin Märtson-Nava
We would like to inform you that Evelin Märtson-Nava is on site at the gym to help with any questions during the following times:

- 30.12 from 11:00-12:00 and 17:30-19:00
Evelin graduated from Tallinn University, Department of Physical Education, majoring in recreation management and the world's oldest yoga school, Santa Cruz Yoga Institute. In addition, she has continuously educated herself with various trainings and internships every year.
Evelin is very interested in the human body and has thoroughly improved her knowledge in the field of nutrition, exercise and chemical processes in the body.
