Hatha Flow Yoga

A yoga style at a pleasant, calm pace where the movement from position to position is usually smooth ("flowing"). Hatha flow develops muscles and improves the body's flexibility. The lesson begins with a spine warm-up followed by a series of uprights, including one version of the sun salutation. The lesson ends with a slightly longer series of stretches on the mat and counter-poses. Relaxing savasana and short meditation confirm the effect of asanas performed at the end of the hour. Hatha flow yoga is accompanied by relaxing music and every training is different.
