Mobility
Mobility training combines exercises and stretches designed to improve joint mobility, reduce tension, and help prevent injuries. The class focuses on controlled movement, deep stretching, and exercises that increase range of motion, helping the body recover and function more effectively.
During the session, we use a variety of equipment, including foam rollers, balls, resistance bands, light bodyweight exercises, and static stretches, to target different muscle groups, connective tissue, and joints. Particular attention is given to areas that often become tight, such as the hips, shoulders, back, and chest.
Each exercise is clearly guided, and the pace is calm and mindful, making the class suitable for all fitness levels. Regular mobility training can improve body control and flexibility, make movement feel easier, and support overall wellbeing.
